Schedule:

Morning Shift: Monday-Friday | 7:00 AM - 4:30 PM

Afternoon sift: Monday – Thursday | 12:30 PM – 11:00 PM

Pay:

• Competitive hourly pay

  • $1.00 shift differential
• Overtime (40+ hours) paid at time and a half

Position Overview

A well-established manufacturing company is seeking a skilled CNC Operator to join their team. This position is responsible for operating CNC mill machines and assisting with laser cutting equipment in a fast-paced production environment.

Responsibilities

• Operate CNC machines and drills independently
• Load and unload metal materials
• Read and interpret blueprints and technical drawings
• Measure and verify parts using precision tools (calipers, micrometers, etc.)
• Inspect finished products to ensure quality standards are met
• Perform routine maintenance on machines
• Maintain a clean and organized workspace
• Assist with inventory as needed

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent
• 4+ years of CNC machining experience preferred
• Knowledge of metal fabrication processes
