Must pass the Department of Homeland Security Background Investigation.Essential Duties and ResponsibilitiesPerforming routine maintenanceTroubleshootingRepairRemoval and InstallationCommunicate equipment deficiencyWork with othersKnowledge, Experience and Skill RequirementsMust pass the Department of Homeland Security Background InvestigationAbility to perform most tasks of the craft without supervisionMust be able to read and understand blueprints, construction drawings, schematics and diagramsAbility to drive safeTrained in all types of sizes of air condition refrigeration and evaporative cooling equipmentEnvironmental Protection Agency (EPA) certification to purchase and handle ozone depleting chemical as outlined in federal and state regulations.Work in a teamBoiler and Chiller experience a plusWorking ConditionsMust be able lift 50 lbs., squat, bend, stoop and kneel for short periods, climb a ladder, stand for long periods of time, constant arm extensions.Occasional exposure to elements such as heat, cold, noise, dust, dirt, chemicals, but none to the point of being disagreeable.
