In your day to day, you will:

Manage complex internal medicine cases spanning GI, hepatobiliary, infectious disease, endocrine, hematologic, and respiratory conditions Perform and or order diagnostics such as ultrasound, endoscopy, fluoroscopy, and CT Coordinate with specialty and emergency teams on shared patients and transfers Mentor technicians and assistants as part of daily case management Pursue growth opportunities in ultrasound proficiency, IR procedures, and electrochemotherapy (ECT) training Work closely with veterinarians, technicians, and support teams to provide seamless, compassionate patient care Communicate clearly and empathetically with pet owners during stressful and emotional situations Contribute to a positive, team focused hospital culture built on collaboration, mentorship, and continuous learning

What You Bring:

DVM or equivalent veterinary degree with eligibility for Indiana veterinary licensure Board Certification in Veterinary Small Animal Internal Medicine or residency training in Veterinary Small Animal Internal Medicine Strong diagnostic and clinical skills with experience managing complex medical cases Excellent communication skills with a collaborative and client centered approach A commitment to exceptional patient care and compassionate client service A passion for mentorship, continuous learning, teamwork, and advancing specialty medicine A desire to contribute to a progressive hospital culture that values mutual respect and professional growth
