Join a team that values innovation, creativity, and quality.Position OverviewThe Processing Specialist I provides transactional and administrative support to the Customer Service/Product Support function. This role is responsible for routine customer communications, order entry, warranty processing, and accurate data management while following established procedures.What You'll DoRespond to customer inquiries via phone, chat, email, and text messaging using established scripts, tools, and procedures.Collect required customer and order information and accurately create and update cases within the support ticketing system.Enter and process warranty and non-warranty orders in accordance with documented procedures.Set up and process warranty exchanges under defined guidelines.Coordinate with logistics and internal teams to resolve basic shipping issues and order discrepancies.Assist customers with website sales inquiries and guided transaction support.Participate in departmental projects and process improvement initiatives as assigned.Other duties as assigned.How You'll Do ItCommunicating Effectively - Developing and delivering multi-mode communications that convey clear understanding, taking into account the unique needs of different audiences.Individual efficiency - Effectively managing time and resources so that individual work is completed efficiently.Interpersonal savvy - Relating openly and comfortably with diverse groups of people.
