Customer Supply Chain Reporting Analyst

Working Location: Congers, NY This position does not qualify for international relocation. All candidates must be authorized to work in the US and not require sponsorship. Customer Supply Chain Reporting Analyst The Customer Supply Chain Reporting Analyst is responsible for analyzing, tracking, and reporting sales order performance across the order-to-cash process. This role ensures data accuracy, visibility of KPIs, and timely insight to support Sales, Finance and Customer Supply Chain teams, ensuring that all stakeholders have accurate, timely visibility into order status and service levels. What Aptar Pharma Is Looking For Develop and maintain monthly, quarterly and annual order-to-cash reports, such as Outlook, YEE, YTD, order entry, delivery accuracy, delays, forecast, backlog, etc. Support month-end close and revenue reporting activities. Generate daily, weekly, and monthly reports on order status, backlog, and fulfillment, unconfirmed and outstanding orders. Investigate root causes of order entry and processing delays, shortages, or revenue fluctuation by analyzing order flow, exceptions, and trends to identify risks and improvement opportunities. Prepare management dashboards and executive summaries. Support forecasting and demand planning with order data insights. Support customer reviews with order and delivery performance data. Enter and manage surcharges, price conditions, and other controls required by the business. Ensure data integrity across system and reporting tools: SAP, Excel, etc. Validate order data and resolve discrepancies with Customer Supply Chain and Sales teams. Assist with system upgrades, data harmonization, and reporting automation. Drive continuous improvement initiatives using order performance insights. What you will bring on the journey Education Bachelor’s degree in business, Supply Chain, or related field. Experience 3–5 years of experience in sales operations, order management, or reporting. Must have ERP (SAP) experience. Skills Analytical mindset with attention to detail. Order-to-Cash process knowledge. Data analysis and visualization. Cross-functional collaboration. Compensation and Base Annual Pay In compliance with pay transparency requirements, the salary range for this role is $62,000 to $99,000 annually. This is not a guarantee of compensation or salary, as final offer amount may vary based on factors including but not limited to experience and geographic location.
