Who We’re Looking For: Passionate about starting a career in the HVAC trade. Mechanically inclined with a strong ability to troubleshoot and problem-solve. Strong work ethic, reliability and a positive attitude. Previous customer service experience with a professional, client-focused mentality. Ability to work in a fast-paced, hands‑on environment. Physically able to lift 50+ lbs., work in tight spaces, and perform tasks that require bending, kneeling and climbing. Valid driver’s license required.
