Education, Knowledge, Skills and Abilities Required: Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience Minimum of 3 years of experience in BMT transplant, apheresis and photopheresis Education, Knowledge, Skills and Abilities Preferred: Bachelor's degree Computer skills Licenses and Certifications Required: NJ State Professional Registered Nurse License. AHA Basic Health Care Life Support HCP Certification. Licenses and Certifications Preferred: Oncology Certified Nurse. FACT certified training. Apheresis Training Certificate.
