Registered Nurse, Rheumatology Infusion, Per Diem, Day

Position Summary Ensures the workflow of the clinical area and directs clinical staff to provide excellent patient care under the direction of Charge RN or Physicians. Maintains appropriate logs and licensing for laboratory, CLIA, vaccines, and medication under regulatory guidelines, and oversees storage and inventory of all clinical supplies. Works closely with physicians, Medical Director and Management. Provides direct patient care in a courteous, caring and respectful manner, while documenting accurately in the EMR system in accordance with licensure, VMG policy and procedures. Responsibilities Ensure workflow and direction of clinical staff to provide excellent patient care. Maintain logs and licensing for laboratory, CLIA, vaccines, medications and regulatory compliance. Oversee storage and inventory of clinical supplies. Collaborate closely with physicians, Medical Director and Management. Provide direct patient care and document accurately in EMR. Assist with rotating to other VMG locations as necessary. Qualifications Associate's Degree in Nursing required; Bachelor's preferred. Minimum 2 years nursing experience in a clinic or outpatient setting. Current and valid New Jersey RN license (or legal permission to work from NJ Board of Nursing). Current and valid BCLS certification. Computer and keyboard skills. Skills & Competencies Strong critical thinking, analytical, clinical reasoning, decision-making, problem-solving, and time management skills. Excellent interpersonal, customer service and communication skills (oral, written, presentation). Organizational and time management skills; ability to set priorities and respond quickly to urgent situations. Location & Schedule Ridgewood, 1200 E Ridgewood Ave, Shift: Day (United States of America). Compensation Pay Range: $47.80 - $59.75 per hour.
