Nurse - CCS Fee for Service

Registered Nurse, Community Crisis Stabilization (CCS) Eliot is seeking a Registered Nurse to join our Community Crisis Stabilization (CCS) team. The CCS program is a twenty‑four hour program designed to stabilize and support adults in psychiatric distress. It serves as an alternative to hospitalization, providing assessment and treatment and delivering short‑term care in a structured and supportive environment. Conduct medical monitoring protocols, providing education and consultation to clients, families and staff. Administer medications as prescribed by the practitioner; monitor clients for therapeutic and adverse effects and consult with the medical team as needed. Accurately complete all medication administration documentation. Obtain written or verbal physician orders from on‑site or on‑call practitioner. Collaborate with prescribing practitioner and community physicians to support coordinated treatment planning and ensure continuity of medical care. Participate in daily psychiatric rounds, contributing to treatment plan development or revision, and ensure the implementation of physician orders. Qualifications Associate’s degree in Nursing or equivalent. 2–4 years of experience with the population. Licensed Registered Nurse (RN) or Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN). Valid Driver’s License.
