Project Administrator

We are seeking a dedicated Project Administrator to support our electrical contractors on a construction site by managing onboarding and clerical tasks. This is a 3‑month contract opportunity on a high‑profile job site, ideal for someone looking to gain exposure in construction operations and project management processes. Job Title Project Administrator Responsibilities Assist employees with orientation and gather information for onboarding and payroll. Utilize internal onboarding software and maintain basic spreadsheets. Coordinate with project managers and payroll staff. Serve as the point of contact for tradesmen during onboarding. Maintain organized records and ensure compliance with company policies. Support general office functions within the trailer environment. Essential Skills 2+ years of administrative or clerical experience. Proficiency with basic spreadsheets and internal onboarding software. Strong organizational and communication skills. Ability to handle sensitive information and maintain confidentiality. Additional Skills & Qualifications High school diploma or equivalent (Associate degree preferred). Strong attention to detail and ability to prioritize tasks. Any industry experience acceptable; construction experience is a plus. Work Environment The work takes place in an air‑conditioned construction trailer that functions as a full office. The position requires 40 hours per week with some overtime and occasional Saturdays. Typical start times range from 6–8 AM. You will be working collaboratively with approximately 8 people onsite, including project managers and payroll staff. Job Type & Location Contract position based out of Saline, MI. Pay and Benefits The pay range for this position is $23.00 – $29.00 per hour.
