Job Overview

Rehab Advantage & Sports Medicine is seeking a licensed Doctor of Physical Therapy (DPT) to provide services within CoreCivic facilities in Ohio. This role typically follows a 3-day per week schedule , giving you both flexibility and consistency.

*******There are currently 30 visits per week on this caseload that will increase when PT is on-site*******

Responsibilities

✔️ Evaluate and treat patients with individualized plans of care
✔️ Improve mobility, function, and quality of life
✔️ Collaborate with medical and facility staff
✔️ Maintain accurate documentation and comply with guidelines

Qualifications

???? Doctor of Physical Therapy (DPT) degree
???? Active Ohio PT license in good standing
???? Strong clinical and documentation skills
