This job is responsible for owning the end-to-end delivery and health of key digital capabilities or processes. Key responsibilities include translating business requirements into digital requirements and acceptance criteria, partnering with designers to develop client journeys, refining scope in collaboration with Technology teams, guaranteeing quality through business acceptance testing, and ensuring successful go-to-market. Job expectations include leveraging subject matter expertise and digital acumen to define and deliver solutions that solve business problems. Responsibilities: Delivers world-class digital software solutions, meets business and client needs, and manages timing, budget, and scope constraints Owns operational routines, governance, and best practices that guarantee industry leading go-to-market and a healthy performance for the bank's digital solutions Oversees governance, risk management, use of data, and client feedback to drive feature roadmap and prioritization at the project level Manages project planning, sprint, and release planning and contributes to the execution of the program roadmap leveraging Agile principles Creates presentations and written materials and communicates in an effective and engaging manner to enhance project outcomes Builds and maintains relationships across stakeholders and partners in order to effectively navigate the bank, ensure successful delivery of assigned work, and secure ongoing support for owned features Leverages knowledge of the business to make informed decisions at every stage of the product development and sustainment lifecycle Required Qualifications: 7+ years of relevant experience Previous experience with managing digital channels Highly action oriented individual that projects enthusiasm and determination Strong communication skills both written and verbal Desired Qualifications: Thorough understanding of digital engagement optimization and conversion tactics Experience with technology Agile implementation processes Skills: Collaboration Decision Making Product Design and Development Product Management Project Management Oral Communications Presentation Skills Problem Solving Stakeholder Management Written Communications Agile Practices Business Acumen Business Case Review Policies, Procedures, and Guidelines Management Program Management Minimum Education Requirement: High School Diploma / GED / Secondary School or equivalent Internal employees who are currently working from home are still eligible to apply. Discretionary incentive eligible This role is eligible to participate in the annual discretionary plan. (For example, don't mention your fondness for swimming unless you want to work on the water.) • Don't use italics, underlining, shadows or other fancy treatments. Seven steps to a successful interview 1. Anticipate –Put yourself in the interviewer's position. What do you believe the interviewer is most interested in? Why do you think you have been invited to interview? 2. Research –What are the primary functions of the line of business? What are the success factors for the job? Is there a job description available? 3. Assess –Think about your skills, abilities, knowledge, interests, traits, values and accomplishments. Match them to what you know about the job. Consider which ones you should highlight. 4. Prepare Answers –Think about what the interviewer may ask, determine what the best answer is and write it down. 5. Prepare Questions – Interviewing is a two-way street. By asking thoughtful questions, you communicate your interest and learn a lot about the job. Choose two or three questions to ask your interviewer. Avoid asking a lot of questions about vacation time or breaks. 6. Practice – It may seem awkward, but it is the best way to come across well in an interview. Practice your own "great responses" with others or in front of a mirror until you appear relaxed and at ease. 7. Follow-up – Send a brief follow-up letter to the interviewer.
