This is a hands-on leadership role for someone who thrives on solving problems in real time and building a team that delivers flawlessly, event after event.What You'll Do:Operations & LogisticsOwn daily delivery and pickup schedules; optimize routes and dispatch crews for maximum efficiencyEnsure on-time setup and breakdown of rental equipment at every eventManage the fleet, including maintenance schedules and complianceTeam ManagementLead and schedule warehouse, field, and delivery staff, flexing labor to match volumeTrain the team on equipment handling, safety, and customer service standardsBuild a culture of accountability, teamwork, and continuous improvementInventory & EquipmentManage inventory flow, including incoming/outgoing rental items, repairs, and loss preventionRun regular audits to keep equipment accurate and event-readyPartner with purchasing to maintain the right stock levelsCustomer Service & Quality ControlBe the go-to for operational escalations and on-site event issuesGuarantee every rental item goes out clean, functional, and in excellent conditionKeep sales and client services in the loop with proactive communicationAdministrative & ReportingTrack KPIs — delivery timeliness, equipment loss/damage, labor efficiencyMaintain compliance with safety regulations and company policyReport on operations regularly and flag opportunities to improve processesWhat You Bring:Proven experience (3+ years) in operations management, preferably in the event rental, logistics, or hospitality industryStrong leadership and team management skillsExcellent organizational and time management abilitiesKnowledge of inventory systems and logistics software is a plusAbility to work flexible hours, including early mornings, evenings, weekends, and holidays as neededValid driver's license and clean driving record (CDL is a plus)Ability to lift 50+ lbs and work in physically demanding environmentsWhat Makes Us SpecialCompensation and BenefitsCompetitive pay + monthly bonus opportunityPaid time off and company holidaysComprehensive benefits package including:Medical, Dental, and Vision InsuranceCompany-Paid Basic Life and AD&D InsuranceShort-Term and Long-Term DisabilityTelehealth and Wellness programsFlexible Spending Accounts (FSAs)Employee Assistance Program401(k) with employer matchingOur Culture & WorkA team that has your back: We work across sales, warehouse, logistics, and operations to make every event successful.
