Research Associate I - Immunoanalysis

Meadowhawk Biolabs is seeking a highly motivated and dynamic Research Associate to work within the non-GLP Immunoanalytical and Molecular Assays Team at our Marlborough, MA location to perform Ligand Binding Assays (LBA), molecular assays, and flow cytometry in a fast-paced team environment. Key Roles and Responsibilities:

• Execute routine lab procedures for analysis of large molecules such as antibodies, ADCs, therapeutic proteins and cytokines from complex biological matrices
• Develop basic skills for operation of platforms such as ELISA, MSD, PCR, and flow cytometry for quantitative analysis
• Utilize analytical software to process data and evaluate results
• Prepare and review data summaries for submission to clients
• Participate in efforts to improve processes and streamline procedures
• Proactively communicate analytical results and study status with Principal Investigator
• Collaborate with colleagues at all levels within and across departments
• Perform all other related duties as assigned

Minimum Education and Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in chemistry, biochemistry, pharmaceutical sciences, or another related scientific field. Experience in ELISA/plate-based assays (experience with MSD platform is not required but is a plus). Equivalent combination of education, training, and experience will be considered as substitution for the specific criteria outlined above.

· Highly organized and detail-oriented while working under tight timelines

· Adapts readily, willingly, and effectively to changes in assignments and priorities

· Able to multitask and independently manage time to maximize productivity

· Excellent interpersonal, written, and verbal communication skills

· Competent in the use of Microsoft Office applications (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)

· Prior experience with spectrophotometers and MSD workstations is a plus

Compensation:

The starting target salary for this position is between $51,400 - $65,450 per year). The specific rate for this position may vary and will be based upon factors including, but not limited to the individual's experience, education, and skills. In addition to wages, Meadowhawk Biolabs provides a full benefits package upon hire date.
