Materials Management Associate II

Materials Management Associate II role supporting GMP-compliant warehouse operations at a pharmaceutical services company in San Diego. The position involves receiving, storing, and shipping inventory while maintaining compliance with standard operating procedures in temperature-controlled environments.

Responsibilities

• Receive, process, and ship GMP materials while maintaining proper documentation
• Manage inventory control, material transfers, and internal logistics operations
• Operate materials handling equipment including pallet jacks, forklifts, and narrow-aisle machinery
• Review and reconcile documents to identify discrepancies
• Handle chemicals and temperature-sensitive materials in controlled warehouse environments

Requirements

• High school diploma or GED
• 1–3 years warehouse or inventory management experience
• Ability to follow directions independently and as a team member
• Fundamental inventory control knowledge and problem-solving skills
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite
• Detail-oriented with strong organizational abilities
• Forklift or materials handling equipment operation experience preferred

Compensation: $21.69–$24.41 per hour plus annual performance bonus eligibility
