We leverage advanced AI simulations to: Predict energy cost fluctuations Automate reduction strategies The result: Sustainable operations + stronger financial resilience What You'll Do (Your Impact) Drive Revenue & Growth Own the full sales cycle: prospecting -> closing -> expansion Actively acquire new clients as we scale in the U.S. market Develop and execute strategic sales plans Empower Clients with Data Present AI-powered energy solutions that reduce cost & emissions Translate complex energy data into actionable business insights Help clients achieve Net Zero goals while protecting margins Build Long-Term Partnerships Develop trusted relationships with enterprise stakeholders (including C-suite) Collaborate cross-functionally to deliver customer success Gather client feedback to shape product and strategy Operate with Excellence Maintain accurate pipeline and reporting via CRM tools Stay ahead of market trends in energy, ESG, and SaaS Contribute to a high-performance, team-driven culture What We're Looking For Must-Have Track record selling to enterprise clients (manufacturing a plus) Strong ability to engage C-level stakeholders Proactive, hunter mindset with outbound sales experience Experience managing KPIs and sales performance metrics CRM proficiency (Salesforce or similar) Nice-to-Have Experience in sustainability, ESG, or energy sectors Background in mid-market / SMB sales Startup or high-growth environment experience Who You Are Ownership-driven and results-oriented Resilient, adaptable, and highly motivated Strategic thinker with strong execution skills Collaborative team player Be at the forefront of AI x Sustainability innovation Directly contribute to global decarbonization efforts Join a fast-growing, mission-driven global company Work with cutting-edge technology and top-tier clients #J-18808-Ljbffr Pasona N A, Inc.
