Event Marketing Representative / Brand Ambassador

$15-$18/hour + Uncapped Performance Bonuses

Foundry Home Solutions is a local, family-owned bathroom remodeling company seeking an outgoing, dependable, and motivated Event Marketing Representative / Brand Ambassador to join our growing team.

In this role, you'll represent our company at home shows, fairs, festivals, community events, senior expos, and other local events throughout the Twin Cities metro area and surrounding Minnesota communities. You'll engage directly with homeowners, promote our bathroom remodeling services, and help generate qualified leads for our sales team.

• Represent Foundry Home Solutions at local events and trade shows
• Set up, maintain, and tear down event displays, booths, tents, signage, and marketing materials
• Actively engage with event attendees in a friendly and professional manner
• Educate homeowners about our bath and shower remodeling services
• Generate qualified leads and schedule free in-home consultations
• Collect accurate customer information and appointment details
• Promote special offers, contests, and event giveaways
• Transport event materials and equipment to and from event locations
• Ensure the booth remains clean, organized, and welcoming throughout each event
• Help create a positive experience that reflects our commitment to customer service

• $15-$18 per hour , based on experience
• $25 bonus for every qualified appointment that completes an in-home consultation
• $100 bonus for every generated lead that results in a completed sale
• Uncapped performance bonuses

This position starts as part-time with the opportunity to grow into full-time hours as our event calendar expands.

• Most events take place on weekends
• Some weekday and evening events are required
• Scheduling will vary based on the event calendar

• Outgoing personality and confidence engaging with the public
• Strong communication and people skills
• Friendly, professional, and customer-focused attitude
• Reliable, punctual, and able to work independently
• Self-motivated and driven by performance-based incentives
• Comfortable standing and interacting with attendees for extended periods
• Willingness to work both indoor and outdoor events
• Ability to lift, carry, and move event equipment weighing up to 50 lbs.
• Must have reliable transportation and access to a vehicle with sufficient cargo space for transporting event equipment and display materials
• Weekend availability required

Experience in sales, retail, customer service, marketing, events, promotions, or lead generation is a plus, but not required. We are willing to train the right candidate who brings a positive attitude and strong people skills.
