Physician Assistant (PA) Opportunity

Health First is seeking a skilled and motivated Physician Assistant (PA) with a passion for orthopedic foot & ankle surgery to join a growing, high-performing team. This is a dynamic opportunity to work side-by-side with an elite orthopedic surgeon, supporting cases across all ages and playing an integral role both in the OR and in patient care continuity.

What You’ll Do:

• Assist in a wide range of foot and ankle surgical procedures
• Act as a consistent surgical partner following cases from pre-op through post-op
• Serve as a clinical resource and point of access for fellow providers within the practice
• Participate in hospital rounding and shared practice call
• Contribute to clinic operations as patient volume ramps up

What You’ll Work With:

• A collaborative team environment including multiple physicians and experienced APPs
• Built-in mentorship and support from an additional orthopedic APP
• A growing patient base with the opportunity to scale quickly to 2022 patients per day in clinic
• High surgical volume offering hands-on experience and skill development

What We’re Looking For:

• Physician Assistant with surgical experience required
• Strong interest or background in orthopedics, especially foot & ankle
• Ability to thrive in both surgical and clinical settings
• Team-oriented mindset with excellent communication skills
• Active DEA (or willingness to obtain)
