Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) - Make a Difference in the Lives of Children Company: Intellistars ABA Location: Jackson, GA RBT certification required Salary: $25 - $30 HOURLY Job Summary At Intellistars ABA, Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) is a vital role in our team, committed to providing Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) care that lives where the child does. As a Registered Behavior Technician (RBT), you will work closely with our Board Certified Behavior Analysts (BCBAs) to deliver behavioral therapy services to children in their homes. Our RBTs are employed to implement behavioral plans and strategies developed by BCBAs, collect and record data on client behaviors, progress, and symptoms, and collaborate with families and caregivers to ensure consistent implementation of behavioral plans across all environments. Responsibilities Implement behavioral plans and strategies developed by BCBAs to promote positive behavior change in children with Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD) and other developmental disabilities Collect and record data on client behaviors, progress, and symptoms under the supervision of a BCBA Collaborate with families and caregivers to ensure consistent implementation of behavioral plans across all environments Develop and maintain a comprehensive understanding of ABA principles, theories, and best practices Requirements Certificate in Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) or a related field (e.g., autism, behavioral therapy) 0 years of experience (new graduates welcome!)
