THE INS AND OUTS OF BECOMING OUR HVAC SERVICE MANAGER

THE SCHEDULE:

8 am-5 pm, Monday-Friday

YOUR ROLE:

Each day, you step into a crucial leadership role, managing field personnel and promoting a culture of excellence. Your primary goal is to ensure team members deliver outstanding HVAC service while meeting revenue and profit targets. You focus on supporting your staff, collaborating with other leaders to improve company culture, and enhancing customer experiences. As a driving force behind a productive team, you prioritize skill development and continuous learning. Additionally, you oversee business development, HVAC service calls, and retrofit projects to maintain operational excellence.

OUR REQUIREMENTS:

• Experience in service management or a similar role
• Strong leadership and team management skills
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• An effective and motivational Leader
• A commitment to delivering WOW customer service
• Strong organizational and project management skills
• Ability to train, lead, and hold team members accountable
• Ability to work collaboratively with other leaders and departments
• Having an understanding of profitability is preferred
