We are a growing office looking for a long term, articulate, motivated, and outgoing individual to add to our team.  

Responsibilities will include:

• Greet patients and visitors in a courteous and professional manner.
• Coordinate Hygiene Schedule, including recall and appointment confirmations
• Plan the Dental treatment pricing with patients and coordinate with the Dentist.
• Manage patient appointments, including scheduling, rescheduling, and reminding.
• Handle incoming calls and emails, providing information and assistance as needed.
• Maintain patient records with accuracy and confidentiality.
• Process patient payments and handle billing inquiries.
• Coordinate with dental staff to ensure efficient patient flow.
• Keep the reception area tidy and well-organized.
• Assist with other administrative tasks as required.

Total hours a week approx 30-40.  

We are a private office and our doctor prioritizes on a positive, fun work environemt.
