Temp Asset Management Analyst

The Asset Management Associate assists the Loan Administration/Loss Mitigation Associate with reporting, follow up calls, data entry for loans from the early stages of delinquency, and payoff review. The Analyst will have the opportunity to interact directly with Senior Management, as well as our customers.

Responsibilities & Duties

• Assist asset managers with general loan servicing matters including payoff review, valuation ordering, post-closing items, and borrower requests
• Provide exceptional customer service through verbal and written communication
• Assist with reviewing, documenting, and processing invoicing
• Ability to prioritize and manage multiple competing tasks
• Collaborative, team-oriented individual with strong sense of integrity and professionalism
• Perform other related duties or special projects as assigned

Required Experience & Education

• Minimum 1-2 years of experience in real estate, finance or a related field
• Excellent Word, PowerPoint and Excel skills
• SalesForce experience a plus
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Significant attention to detail

A reasonable estimate of the total compensation range for this role is $28.85 - $31.25 Hourly. The actual offer to the successful candidate will be based on job-related education, geographic location, training, licensure and certification, and other factors.
