Work Environment

The clinic operates primarily onsite, offering a collaborative work environment where innovation and clinical excellence thrive. As part of our team, you will work Monday through Friday, from 9 AM to 5 PM, providing a balanced work-life schedule. Our practice caters mainly to patients with private medical insurance, which allows us to focus on delivering high-quality therapy without the constraints sometimes associated with broader insurance policies.

Key Responsibilities

Your primary duties will include:

• Conducting thorough patient assessments to develop individualized treatment plans that meet the specific needs of each patient.
• Managing a caseload of approximately one patient per hour, ensuring that each patient receives the attention and care they deserve.
• Implementing effective treatment modalities and exercises tailored to enhance mobility and physical function while minimizing the dependence on medications and surgeries.
• Monitoring patient progress, assessing treatment effects, and making necessary adjustments to care plans in real-time.
• Documenting all aspects of patient care thoroughly, utilizing EMR software platforms such as WebPT for efficient record-keeping.
• Collaborating with other healthcare professionals, including orthopedic surgeons and general practitioners, to ensure comprehensive care for our patients.
• Educating patients on injury prevention and promoting wellness strategies for long-term health improvement.

Patient Population / Client Focus

Our practice primarily serves individuals needing orthopedic rehabilitation services, encompassing a diverse range of conditions including sports injuries, post-surgical recovery, and chronic pain management. As a pivotal part of the patient's healthcare journey, you will advocate for their recovery while instilling motivation and confidence through guided therapeutic interventions.

Qualifications

To be considered for this position, candidates must possess:

• A Doctorate in Physical Therapy (DPT), recognized by the state of California.
• A current and valid Physical Therapist license in Victorville, California, with a clean disciplinary record.
• Solid expertise in manual therapy techniques and a strong foundation in exercise prescription.
• Proven ability to design and implement comprehensive exercise regimens for diverse patient needs.
• Proficiency in using electronic medical record (EMR) management systems.

Compensation and Benefits

The salary for this position ranges from USD 100,000 to 120,000 annually, commensurate with experience and qualifications.
