Key Responsibilities

• Communicate confirmations, updates, and follow-ups in a timely manner
• Maintain organized records of reservations and client interactions
• Support the overall booking and coordination process from start to finish

Requirements

• Must be 18+ and based in the United States
• Strong organizational and multitasking skills
• Clear and professional communication abilities
• Ability to work independently in a remote setting
• Detail-oriented with strong follow-through
• Comfortable using email, online platforms, and scheduling tools

• Experience in customer service, administrative support, or coordination roles

Compensation
