About the Role
The Company is seeking a dynamic and visionary leader to serve as its President. The successful candidate will be responsible for leading the strategic alignment and stewardship of the institution's financial, facilities, technology, and operational infrastructure. This role requires a leader with a deep commitment to student success, equity, and community engagement, who can balance the needs of the college with fiscal responsibility and long-term sustainability. The President will be expected to enhance the college's visibility, reputation, and identity, as well as to lead efforts in advancing the institution's strategic priorities, including student success, opportunity, and community engagement. Applicants for the President position at the company should have a doctoral degree or equivalent, with a minimum of senior-level leadership experience in a community college or comparable higher education setting. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in building and sustaining external partnerships, securing funding, and aligning financial planning with institutional mission. Experience in leading through change, particularly in the areas of technology and workforce development, is essential. The role demands a leader who is a strategic, data-informed thinker, and who is deeply committed to advancing access, belonging, retention, and completion for all students. Familiarity with comprehensive student support systems and experience in a unionized environment are also desirable.
