About the Role

The Company is seeking a Vice President for Full AP Implementations to join their Operations organization. The successful candidate will be responsible for leading the strategy, execution, and optimization of implementation services and technical implementation functions. This role requires a focus on driving scalable onboarding practices, aligning cross-functional handoffs, and ensuring successful customer adoption and long-term outcomes. The VP will also be tasked with establishing executive-level strategy, operating standards, and performance objectives, as well as overseeing the end-to-end customer onboarding strategy and driving operational excellence through data-driven decision-making. Applicants for the Vice President, Full AP Implementations role at the company should have a minimum of 10 years' of progressive executive-level leadership experience in implementation, customer success, operations, or related technical environments.
