Key Responsibilities Provide senior-level paralegal support to corporate attorneys Draft corporate contracts and legal documents Manage corporate transactions and due diligence Maintain corporate records and documentation Conduct legal research on corporate matters Coordinate with multiple business units and external counsel Supervise junior paralegal staff Manage client and stakeholder communications Requirements Bachelor's degree; paralegal certification preferred 8+ years corporate paralegal experience Strong knowledge of corporate law and contracts Excellent legal writing and research skills Proficiency with legal databases and software Leadership and supervisory experience Strong organizational and time management skills Compensation Salary: $120,000 – $180,000/year Full benefits package Location flexibility #J-18808-Ljbffr Thomas Talent Network
