Descripción del Puesto
Buscamos un Operador(a) de Máquina de Coser con experiencia para fabricar delantales de protección radiológica de alta calidad utilizados en entornos médicos e industriales. El candidato ideal tendrá experiencia operando máquinas de coser industriales y trabajando con materiales pesados o especializados, garantizando que los productos cumplan con los estándares de seguridad, durabilidad y calidad.
Responsabilidades Principales
- Operar máquinas de coser industriales (de una aguja, de arrastre o especializadas) para ensamblar delantales de protección radiológica.
- Coser y ensamblar materiales multicapa, incluyendo blindaje contra radiación con plomo o libre de plomo, vinilo, nailon o telas recubiertas.
- Leer y seguir órdenes de trabajo, patrones y especificaciones técnicas.
- Medir, cortar y alinear materiales con precisión para garantizar el ajuste y la cobertura adecuados.
- Inspeccionar los productos terminados para verificar la precisión de las costuras, su resistencia y la calidad general.
- Reparar o rehacer delantales según sea necesario para cumplir con los requisitos de calidad y seguridad.
- Mantener un área de trabajo limpia y organizada.
- Realizar mantenimiento básico de las máquinas e informar sobre problemas mecánicos.
- Seguir las normas de seguridad en el lugar de trabajo, incluyendo el manejo adecuado de materiales de blindaje contra radiación

Requisitos Obligatorios
- Experiencia comprobada como operador(a) de máquina de coser, preferiblemente con máquinas industriales.
- Capacidad para coser materiales pesados o gruesos con precisión.
- Gran atención al detalle y al control de calidad.
- Capacidad para leer medidas y seguir instrucciones de producción.
- Buena coordinación mano-ojo y destreza manual.
Requisitos Preferidos
- Experiencia cosiendo prendas médicas o equipo de protección.
- Familiaridad con materiales de blindaje contra radiación con plomo o libres de plomo.
- Conocimiento de los estándares de calidad para productos médicos o de seguridad.
- Capacidad para trabajar en un entorno de producción o manufactura.
