Join our 20 bed level IIIA Neonatal Intensive Care Unit (NICU) at Banner Estrella Medical Center that delivers professional and compassionate care to families in the Phoenix community. The NICU is part of the Women & Infant Services Department which has been recognized numerous times over the past few years as a Patient Experience Top Performer. Our highly skilled team includes experienced bedside registered nurses, licensed nursing assistants, Neonatologists, NNP, Respiratory Therapist, development specialist, Speech Therapists and IBCLC certified lactation consultants that care for the patient population. As a NICU RN at BEMC, you will join a robust intradisciplinary team including a dedicated medical team, social workers, dieticians, lactation consultants, physical and speech therapists, patient care assistance, developmental specialists, and respiratory therapists. You will be provided with an individualized orientation program based upon your experience and demonstrated competencies. Previous RN NICU experience is highly preferred!

This is a full-time DAY shift opportunity from 6:00AM to 6:30PM. Enjoy a 18% night shift differential and flat rate $3/hour weekend shift differential.
