Operations Generalist

We are supporting our client on a search for an Operations Generalist who can wear multiple hats inside a fast-moving, fully remote team. You will help systematize the day-to-day so leadership can focus on growth, touching everything from vendor management to process documentation to internal tooling.

This role reports directly to operations leadership and partners closely with finance, people, and revenue functions. Strong project management discipline and clear written communication are essential.

Responsibilities

• Own day-to-day operational workflows across finance, HR, and admin functions
• Document and improve internal processes and build SOPs that scale
• Manage vendor relationships, software subscriptions, and procurement
• Support onboarding and offboarding for the internal team
• Partner with leadership on quarterly planning and reporting
• Maintain operational dashboards and reporting cadences
• Coordinate cross-functional projects from kickoff through completion

Requirements

• 2 to 5 years in operations, business operations, or chief-of-staff style roles
• Comfort with ambiguity and a bias toward action
• Strong written communication and documentation habits
• Proficiency with modern SaaS tools including Notion, Slack, Google Workspace, and Airtable
• Demonstrated ability to manage multiple workstreams in parallel
• Bachelors degree or equivalent experience
