UFC GYM Front Desk Representative
The Front Desk Representative is the face of the club and the first point of contact for our members and guests. You will deliver superior customer service by creating a welcoming environment, assisting with retail purchases, and ensuring everyone who walks through our doors feels the energy of the UFC GYM community.

Key responsibilities include providing excellent customer service and hospitality, handling sales and administrative tasks, and maintaining professional standards.
Qualifications include a minimum of 6 months of customer service experience, strong interpersonal skills, basic computer skills, a high school diploma or GED, current CPR/AED certification for overnight staff, and the ability to stand for a full shift and occasionally lift or move up to 25 lbs.
