What does payday look like on team Farris?
Our productive technicians are averaging 42.5 flagged hours per week and typically earn $1,500-$2,500+ per week, PAID EVERY FRIDAY!
That's over $120,000 per year without needing to turn 70 or 80 hours every week.
Plus an additional average of approximately $400 per month through our enhanced 120% warranty pay program.
Plus additional performance bonuses reward technicians who exceed production goals. Top performers earn even more.
We don't advertise unicorns and rainbows here, we live in reality. And we want you to earn a great living. When our technicians earn a great living they are happier, they care more, they spend money in our communities, they support their families and take vacations.
