Good Samaritan

Good Samaritan is seeking a Clinic Operations Manager to lead daily operations of our faith-based, community health center. This role oversees clinic workflows, scheduling, and patient flow; supervises clinical and administrative staff; and drives process improvements that support high-quality, whole-person care. The manager ensures regulatory compliance, monitors performance and budgets, and collaborates with interdisciplinary teams to advance health equity for underserved patients in a mission-driven, compassionate environment.
