Senior Development Manager

Senior Development Manager A leading NYC real estate developer is seeking an experienced Senior Development Manager to oversee luxury residential and mixed-use developments from acquisition through project completion. This is a hands‑on leadership role managing the full development lifecycle, including underwriting, design, permitting, construction, and sales coordination. Responsibilities Manage multiple ground‑up residential and mixed‑use developments. Lead projects from acquisition and due diligence through completion. Oversee budgets, schedules, financial modeling, and project reporting. Coordinate architects, engineers, consultants, contractors, and government agencies. Manage zoning, DOB approvals, permitting, and construction progress. Support acquisition underwriting, feasibility analysis, and strategic planning. Collaborate with sales and marketing teams on project launches and pricing. Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Real Estate, Finance, Engineering, Architecture, Construction Management, or related field. 8+ years of NYC real estate development experience. Experience with multifamily, condominium, or mixed‑use developments. Strong knowledge of NYC zoning, DOB approvals, construction management, and development finance. Advanced Excel financial modeling skills with excellent communication and project management abilities. Familiarity with Procore, Bluebeam, Microsoft Project, Argus, or Yardi is preferred. #J-18808-Ljbffr The Quest Organization
