This is a 100% remote opportunity (based out of Texas) to work with a leading Biotechnology company that is developing healthcare products using natural ingredients to improve the health and well-being of millions of people.Location: Remote (in Texas)Salary: $75,000Job Type: Full-Time | Monday-FridayWhy Join Us?Competitive Pay & Benefits – Health, PTO & 401(k)Career Growth – Training & Leadership Development ProgramsWork-Life Balance – Remote workInnovative Culture – Work with a dynamic, forward-thinking teamWhat You'll Do:Develop appropriate Purchasing/Procurement & Supply chain strategy to maximize customer satisfaction at the lowest possible cost.Responsible for evaluating and assessing raw inventory and "WIP" levels to assure operational efficiency while maintaining customer service levels.Coordinating with other departments regarding production goals, timelines, etc.Tracking production volume and monitoring customer demand patterns.Scheduling and overseeing the supply and delivery of materials and products.Liaising with operations, manufacturing, and purchasing.Managing inventory issues, schedule changes, and cancellations.Load planning: Plan and optimize mixed loads considering transportation constraints.Analyze and effectively communicate relevant information - Highlighting all supply issues - Detailing impacts of proposed actions and related tradeoffs.Ensuring actions and Supply Plans are realistic and achievable in accordance with the Business Planning process.Work closely with Warehouse/Shipping, Production & Manufacturing Team.Maintain a good relationship with all suppliers and constantly negotiate new rates and or lead time.What We're Looking For:Bachelor's degree in business, supply chain, or related fieldFood/beverage, Nutraceutical and pharmaceutical experience and background and ability to negotiate with chemical providers that provide the raw materialExperience in the technical and reporting aspects of procurement is highly beneficialProficiency in procurement software and data analysis toolsReady to take the next step in your career?
