Sales Manager
Yorba Linda, CA | 100% Onsite | $150K Base + Commission + Team Override

A profitable, growing eCommerce and distribution company in the DC power and electrical space is seeking a hands-on Sales Manager to lead its next stage of growth.

This is a highly visible role reporting directly to the Owner and President. The company is established, profitable, and ready to scale, with a strong customer base, in-house product lines, excellent internal systems, and significant opportunity to expand into new markets.

This is not a corporate “manage from a distance” role. The ideal candidate is a true selling leader who enjoys building structure, coaching a team, managing key accounts, identifying new opportunities, and turning successful sales strategies into repeatable playbooks.

What You’ll Do

Lead and develop a small inside sales team, creating clear goals, accountability, coaching rhythms, and stronger sales discipline.
Personally manage key top accounts, major proposals, negotiations, and strategic opportunities.
Build and execute a sales growth plan focused on profitable revenue, gross margin, account development, and new market expansion.
Identify growth opportunities in markets such as overland, RV, industrial, specialty vehicles, dealers, distributors, OEMs, and end users.
Strengthen sales process, CRM usage, pipeline management, quoting, follow-up, and reporting.
Convert customer service capacity into more proactive account management, upselling, cross-selling, and outbound sales activity.
Partner with marketing, operations, finance, product, and eCommerce teams to support growth and improve the customer experience.
Learn the company’s technical product offering, including DC power systems, electrical connectors, wire gauges, and related solutions, in order to credibly support customers and coach the team.

Year-over-year gross profit growth through new business, stronger account penetration, and improved sales execution.
A more focused, motivated, and accountable sales team.
Improved pipeline visibility from lead to quote to close.
Repeatable sales playbooks for key markets and customer segments.
Stronger alignment between sales, customer service, and operations.
A sales function that is more proactive, data-driven, and scalable.

What We’re Looking For

Bachelor’s degree in business, sales, engineering, or a related field.
5 to 7+ years of B2B and B2C sales experience with a strong record of revenue and profit growth.
3+ years leading a sales team, ideally in technical products, distribution, electrical, DC power, industrial products, or a related field.
A hands-on leadership style with the ability to personally sell, coach, build process, and drive accountability.
Strong CRM, pipeline management, reporting, and follow-up discipline.
Ability to learn technical products quickly and communicate solutions clearly to customers and team members.
Comfortable working in a flat, entrepreneurial environment where initiative, ownership, and sound judgment matter.
Available to work onsite in Yorba Linda, CA, Monday through Friday, approximately 7:00 a.m. to 4:00 p.m.
Ability to travel 2 to 3 times per year for trade shows or business opportunities.
Authorized to work in the United States.

Compensation

$150,000 base salary
