Our Shift Leaders are like the cream cheese on the bagel. The bagel is delicious on its own, but the cream cheese adds flavor and helps hold it all together! What’s a day in the life of a Shift Leader? Our Shift Leaders work directly with the General Manager to motivate the team to deliver a great guest experience. They set the morale and tone of the team, provide feedback, coach team members when needed, and open and close the store with little supervision. The team takes pride in ensuring the quality of the food and beverages we serve while keeping a safe and clean store environment. As a Shift Leader, you will have the opportunity to rise like one of our bagels and grow your career. Many of our General Managers started as Shift Leaders and Team Members.
