Role & Responsibilities

Job Description/Responsibilities

• Coordinating and driving the UAT cycle for business users and publishing UAT results.
• Creating functional and technical/SOP documents for end users on Anaplan developed models.
• Migrating Anaplan models to the production workspace and supporting and fixing end users issues.
• Providing user training on Anaplan developed models and UX/UI.

Skills

• Resource should understand the Agile way of working for Anaplan.
• Understand user stories listed in sprints and convert them into Anaplan deliverables.
• Resource should have good communication skills to talk to business users to remove roadblocks during sprint development.
• Resource should be capable of driving sessions for end users, showing them developed functionalities in Anaplan, collecting feedback and implementing it.
• Resource should be able to coordinate with different teams for Anaplan integration needs.
• Resource should have strong model design and development capabilities in Anaplan with an understanding of DISCO and PLAN standards to avoid performance challenges.
• Resource should have knowledge of UX and UI capabilities of Anaplan to develop end‑user Anaplan apps.
• Resource should have a clear understanding of financial planning processes and be able to translate business language into Anaplan deliverables.
• Should have a good understanding of Anaplan security (Selective access and DCA).
• Should have strong knowledge of model and workspace management.
• Should be a solution architect certified with FP&A planning, demand and supply planning background.
• Resource should have good debugging and problem‑solving capabilities to troubleshoot production issues.
• Resource should be delivery focused and capable of meeting agreed timelines.
