Branch Manager III

Branch Manager Responsible for the administration and efficient daily operation of a full‑service branch office, including operations, lending, product sales, customer service, and risk management. The role focuses on driving revenue, increasing profit before taxes, maintaining member satisfaction, and ensuring compliance. Key responsibilities include: Assist the branch manager in overall branch management. Maximize revenue and member satisfaction while minimizing operational losses. Develop and maintain existing and new customer relationships. Oversee lending, product sales, and customer service operations. Ensure compliance with all regulatory and internal policies. Drive a culture of teamwork and continuous improvement. Requirements: Minimum of two years of branch management experience (Assistant Branch Manager role required). Strong leadership, communication, and analytical skills. Experience in financial services, customer service, and risk management. Ability to work effectively in a team and lead by example.
