Jade Fiducial | International Tax & Accounting Advisory Jade Fiducial, a leader in French–American tax and accounting services, is seeking a Branch Manager to oversee operations of our Washington, DC office. This role combines operational leadership, client advisory, and business development within a dynamic and internationally focused firm. About the Role The Branch Manager leads daily operations of the Washington, DC branch and serves as a key representative of Jade Fiducial in the local market. This role oversees accounting and tax activities, ensures exceptional client service, drives business growth, and collaborates with executive management on financial performance, forecasting, and strategic initiatives. Key Responsibilities Leadership & Team Management Direct and manage branch operations in alignment with firm policies and regulatory standards. Recruit, train, and mentor staff to build and retain a high-performing team. Monitor workload distribution, ensuring efficiency and providing technical support. Foster a positive, collaborative workplace aligned with Jade Fiducial’s values. Serve as the primary contact for key clients, ensuring outstanding service and tailored solutions. Provide expert guidance on international accounting, tax compliance, and advisory services. Prepare and review complex tax returns and financial statements in coordination with the Tax Department. Maintain strong client relationships and ensure timely resolution of issues. Business Development & Growth Develop strategies to expand the branch’s client base and revenue. Represent the firm in local business communities and networking events. Strengthen Jade Fiducial’s visibility and brand reputation in the region. Collaborate with executive leadership on annual budgets and financial forecasts. Oversee revenue tracking, expense management, and branch financial performance. Ensure accurate and timely internal reporting. Compliance & Quality Assurance Ensure compliance with U.S., French, and international accounting and tax standards. Maintain rigorous quality control on all deliverables. Stay current on evolving tax laws and accounting standards impacting international clients. Desired Skills, Experience & Attributes 7+ years in public accounting (U.S. + French accounting experience strongly preferred). 3+ years preparing taxes for international clients (corporate, partnership, high-net-worth individuals preferred). 3+ years of proven team leadership and managerial experience. Strong experience with international income tax compliance. Proven ability to manage a high-volume workload efficiently. Experience creating and maintaining complex reporting. Demonstrated success in business development and generating new revenue. High proficiency with accounting and office software applications.
