We're looking for a driven, personable Sales and Marketing Specialist to join our expanding team and help bring Primo Water's brand to life through direct, face-to-face customer engagement across the Indianapolis area. What You'll Be Doing You'll be the face of the Primo Water brand in the field, connecting with customers and businesses directly through event-based and in-person marketing campaigns. Day to day, that looks like: Representing Primo Water at promotional events, retail locations, and community activations throughout Indianapolis Delivering compelling, face-to-face presentations that communicate the value of Primo Water's products and services Identifying customer needs and recommending personalized solutions that fit their lifestyle or business Building and maintaining strong customer relationships focused on satisfaction, loyalty, and long-term retention Generating new business opportunities through direct outreach and event-based marketing strategies Collaborating with the Affluence Inc team to develop and execute local marketing campaigns Tracking sales activity, performance metrics, and customer feedback to continuously improve results Sharing on-the-ground insights with leadership to help refine strategy and drive growth What We're Looking For High school diploma or GED required; bachelor's degree in marketing, business, or a related field is a plus Prior experience in sales, marketing, customer service, or event promotion preferred Confident and comfortable in face-to-face, public-facing environments A natural communicator who builds rapport quickly and genuinely enjoys helping people Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and thrives in a performance-driven culture Coachable with a positive attitude and a hunger to grow Must be based in or able to commute to Indianapolis, IN What Affluence Inc Offers $68,000–$100,000 per year — competitive, performance-tied compensation Uncapped growth potential — your effort directly drives your earnings and advancement Full paid training — we invest in your development from day one Clear path to leadership — we promote from within and reward results A collaborative, high-energy team culture — where your contributions are recognized Meaningful work — representing a brand committed to clean, sustainable hydration Work Location This is a fully in-person role based in Indianapolis, IN .
