Job Description and Duties Under the direction of the Human Resources Division (HRD), Assistant Deputy Director (ADD), the Culture and Talent Management Branch Chief will provide managerial direction and policy guidance over enterprise-wide employee engagement and organization culture, workforce and succession planning, change management, training and employee development, and talent acquisition programs. This position requires a current Manager II exam. If you need to take the exam or if your list eligibility has expired, you must obtain the exam. This position is headquartered at the Sacramento location and is eligible for a hybrid telework schedule. Employees must be able to report to their assigned headquarters office as assigned. Travel expense to and from the assigned headquarters are the responsibility of the employee. Eligibility for telework requires the employee to reside in California per California Government Code Section 14200.
