Human Resources Coordinator

We are seeking a Part-Time Human Resources Coordinator. This is a permanent, direct-hire role ideal for someone who thrives in a collaborative, people-focused environment and enjoys a mix of full-cycle recruiting, HR administration, and employee engagement. This position is based in Yonkers, NY. What we are seeking:

• 1–2 years of HR or talent acquisition experience.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook Calendar).
• High energy, excellent communication skills, and the ability to connect easily with team members at all levels of the organization.
• Able to work a part-time schedule. 

 

salary: 19-22/hour
work hours: 8:30 AM - 1 PM

Responsibilities

• Recruitment: Drive hiring across warehouse, sales, and operations departments (posting jobs, screening candidates, coordinating in-person interviews, and assessing cultural fit).

• HR Administration: Manage onboarding/offboarding, maintain employee files, and handle administrative reporting using MS Office (Excel, Word, Outlook).

• Culture & Engagement: Help plan company events, coordinate employee appreciation initiatives, and foster a positive workplace culture.
