Missions In Brief Objectives: On the institution's support devices: - Follow the evolution of the balance between activity and staff, analyze coverage rates at the agency level and by regional direction, - Calculate the charge and staffing needs of the agency, contribute to the annual and multi-annual planning of its resources, - Contribute to the balanced distribution of activity between regional or inter-regional directions (DR/DIR) and headquarters, - Anticipate the expected evolutions of the activity modeling in coordination with the concerned business directions. Main Missions: Under the responsibility of the Head of S3P, you will benefit from a cross-functional vision of the institution's functioning, allowing you to carry out the following missions:

• On the aids in its portfolio, it is the main contact of the business direction and the SG to accompany the pilotage of public aids or anticipate the management evolutions that impact the activity.
• It models the activity, constructs the objective (number of files/per hour), it sizes the charge and its distribution over the year and between the directions. It relies on the assumptions of the volume of files.
• It counts and evaluates the mobilized staff and ensures their adequacy with the activity. It monthly follows the productivity of the sites and ensures the tracing of the time spent and the stocks.
• It ensures the upload of the volumes of files that feed the modeling of the activity in units of work and anticipates the regulatory and tool evolutions impacting the devices for which it is responsible.
• It participates in the valuation of these data in the framework of synthesis reports and dashboards (Budget, Effective Commission, Annual Conferences, Analytical Accounting), and contributes to their writing.
• It accompanies the implementation and deployment of piloting tools as expected in the evolutions of the web tool of the activity and staff management (PILACT).

Profile Sought Know-Hows: - Knowledge of office tools: mastery of EXCEL indispensable - Good knowledge of the ASP policies - Analytical approach of the data
