We're hiring an HR Offboarding & Separations Specialist to manage the end-to-end offboarding process — from processing terminations to ensuring compliance throughout every separation. This role plays a key part in making sure transitions are handled accurately, on time, and in line with legal and policy requirements. What You'll Do Process voluntary and involuntary termination transactions in Workday or other HR systems Manage retirement, end of assignment, and contract end processes Ensure completion of final pay impacting data changes, coordinating with Payroll and Time & Attendance teams where applicable Monitor adherence to legal, regulatory, and internal policy requirements throughout the offboarding process What You Bring Bachelor's degree required 2–3 years of experience in HR operations Experience with Workday or similar HR information systems Strong attention to detail and ability to handle sensitive, confidential information Solid understanding of compliance and documentation requirements in an HR setting
