The Administrative Assistant will be the first point of contact for customers and team members, managing receptionist duties, phone calls, scheduling, and general office organization. This role is vital to ensuring our day-to-day operations run efficiently and professionally.

Responsibilities:
Answer and direct incoming phone calls with professional etiquette.
Greet customers and handle basic receptionist duties.
Schedule appointments and manage calendars for service technicians and management.
Maintain organized digital and physical files.
Assist with general administrative tasks as needed.
Support team members to ensure smooth office and operational workflow.

Qualifications:
Previous administrative or receptionist experience required.
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
Professional phone presence and communication skills.
Reliable attendance is critical.
Proficient with computers and standard office software (Microsoft Office, Google Workspace, etc.).
Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment.
