Housing Access Navigator — Coordinated Entry Specialist

Orange County Government is seeking a Coordinated Entry Housing Specialist to provide direct customer service to individuals in housing crises. The role involves helping clients navigate essential housing resources for homelessness prevention and emergency support, while working under the supervision of the Housing Helpline & Outreach Coordinator. Preferred candidates will have a strong knowledge of homelessness principles, experience working directly in housing or human services, and possess strong communication and problem-solving skills.
