Description

• Assess patients in both inpatient and outpatient settings and craft tailored treatment plans
• Deliver physical therapy interventions targeting mobility, strength, balance, and overall function
• Engage collaboratively with nurses, physicians, case managers, and other rehabilitation experts to maximize patient outcomes
• Educate families and patients on therapy objectives, discharge strategies, and at-home exercises
• Record evaluations, therapies, and patient progress following facility protocols and regulations
• Participate in care team meetings and interdisciplinary conferences to maintain integrated patient care

Education

• Doctor of Physical Therapy (DPT) or equivalent from an accredited academic institution

Certifications
