Job Title: Debt Relief Sales Agents
Location: Santa Ana, CA.
Job Type: Full-Time.
Pay: $80,000 - $150,000+ per year (Hourly + Uncapped Commission).
Job Overview:
We are seeking a results-driven Debt Relief Sales Agents to join our high-performing team in Santa Ana, CA. In this role, you will help individuals facing financial hardship find real solutions through our proven debt settlement programs. You’ll handle warm inbound leads, guide clients through the process, and play a key role in helping them regain financial stability.
Key Responsibilities:
- Engage with inbound leads daily- no cold calling!
- Educate clients on debt relief solutions and explain program benefits.
- Customize debt settlement plans based on each client’s financial situation.
- Negotiate account resolutions within company and regulatory guidelines.
- Track and maintain accurate records of client communication and progress.
- Meet or exceed monthly sales and client satisfaction goals.
- Work collaboratively with team members to improve processes and results.
Requirements:
- 1-2 years of experience in sales (debt relief or related financial services preferred).
- Strong verbal communication, listening, and negotiation skills.
- Highly motivated, with a positive attitude and a passion for helping others.
- Organized, efficient, and capable of multitasking in a fast-paced environment.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Must be able to commute to or relocate to Santa Ana, CA 92707.
