Contract | Night Shift (7:00 PM – 7:00 AM) | Onsite

Key Responsibilities

• Provide direct patient care in a 33-bed ICU setting with an average daily census of 16, maintaining a 1:2–3 nurse-to-patient ratio
• Manage and titrate drips including cardiac drips, insulin, and sedation
• Care for a diverse patient population including trauma, cardiac, stroke, sepsis, overdose/substance abuse, renal failure, heart failure, respiratory distress, post-stent, pacemaker placement, and vascular cases
• Read, interpret, and document cardiac monitor strips using GE monitoring equipment, with tele tech oversight
• Manage patients on respiratory support ranging from nasal cannula to mechanical ventilation
• Float to PCU or MedSurg as needed, maintaining unit-appropriate patient ratios

Required Qualifications

• Active Registered Nurse (RN) license
• Current BLS, ACLS, and NIHSS certifications
• Experience titrating drips in an ICU or critical care setting
• Ability to read, interpret, and document cardiac monitor strips
• Availability to work every other weekend (Saturday and Sunday)
• Minimum of 2 holidays worked within the contract period

Preferred Experience / Skills

• Prior travel or contract nursing experience in a critical care environment
• Familiarity with GE cardiac monitoring systems
• Experience managing patients on mechanical ventilation and advanced respiratory support
